Cancellation & Refund Policy for JTS Trailers

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

At JTS Trailers, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

  • 7+ Days Before Rental
    • Full refund minus any processing fees
  • 3–7 Days Before Rental
    • 50% refund of total rental amount
  • Less Than 72 Hours Before Rental
    • No refund

2. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Full rental amount is forfeited

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather
  • Customers may request to reschedule based on availability

4. Rescheduling

  • One-time reschedule allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance
  • New date is subject to availability

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees may be non-refundable once scheduled
  • If delivery has already been dispatched, no refund will be issued

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
