JTS Trailers Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between JTS Trailers (“Company”) and the customer (“Renter”) for the rental of trailers, equipment, chairs, tables, generator and related items.

By placing an order or renting equipment, you agree to the following:

1. Renter Requirements

  • Renter must be at least 18 years of age
  • A valid Driver’s License is required for trailer rentals
  • The name on the rental must match the payment method used
  • JTS Trailers reserves the right to refuse rental at any time

2. Rental Period

  • Rental begins at the agreed pickup or delivery time
  • Rental ends at the agreed return time
  • Late returns will result in additional charges

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed
  • Payments are processed securely through Square
  • All sales are subject to applicable taxes and fees

4. Security Deposits

  • A deposit may be required for certain rentals
  • Deposits may be used to cover:
    • Damage
    • Cleaning fees
    • Late returns
    • Missing items
  • Remaining balances will be refunded after inspection

5. Pickup Requirements

  • Renter must present a valid Driver’s License
  • Renter is responsible for:
    • Proper towing vehicle
    • Hitch compatibility
    • Safe transportation
  • JTS Trailers is not responsible for issues related to towing setup

6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery fees start at are based on miles:
    • 1-50 miles: $50
    • 51-75 miles: $75
    • 76-100 miles: $100
    • and may vary 
  • Final delivery pricing will be confirmed after booking
  • Customer must provide:
    • Safe and accessible delivery location
    • Clear instructions if needed
  • JTS Trailers is not responsible for damage to property due to unsafe conditions

7. Equipment Condition & Return

  • Equipment is provided in good working condition
  • Renter must return all items:
    • Clean
    • Undamaged
    • On time
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Excessive cleaning
    • Damage
    • Missing items

8. Responsibility for Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • Renter is fully responsible for:
    • Damage to equipment
    • Loss or theft
    • Misuse
  • Renter agrees to pay:
    • Repair costs
    • Replacement value if necessary
    • Loss of rental income if applicable

9. Proper Use of Equipment

Renter agrees to:

  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Operate trailers safely and legally
  • Not overload or misuse equipment

10. Prohibited Uses

Equipment may NOT be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Transporting hazardous materials
  • Unsafe or negligent operation

11. Weather Policy

  • Rentals are not weather-dependent
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather
  • Customers may reschedule based on availability

12. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JTS Trailers from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment.

13. Limitation of Liability

JTS Trailers is not responsible for:

  • Injury, accidents, or damages resulting from use
  • Equipment misuse by renter
  • Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Use of equipment is at renter’s own risk.

14. Equipment Failure

In the rare event of equipment failure:

  • JTS Trailers will make reasonable efforts to:
    • Repair
    • Replace
    • Provide alternative solutions
  • Liability is limited to the rental amount paid

15. Order Acceptance & Errors

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or availability errors
  • Refuse service at our discretion

16. Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understand this Agreement
  • Agree to all Terms & Conditions
  • Accept full responsibility for rented equipment
